Leyscale Reputation is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.

Access: your account works as soon as you sign up. Your plan starts when Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute.
First data: after you add your business, your review history normally appears within 15 minutes and always within 24 hours.
Ongoing service: we check each business once a day and send alerts to your registered email address.
If something does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support@leyscaledigital.com, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
